Responsibility and scope
The organisation responsible for this website and the technologies integrated into it is KINDERTIC, S.L., tax identification number B65906257, registered at Plaça de Julio González 3-4, third floor, door 2, 08005 Barcelona, Spain. You can contact us at info@kindertic.com or the 634 57 10 56.
This policy covers the KinderTIC public website, its contact, demonstration and sign-in forms, and the essential technologies activated when accessing the private platform. Linked external websites are governed by their own policies.
What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small file that a website or third-party service can save in your browser and retrieve later. It may be used, for example, to maintain a session, remember a preference, protect a form or understand how a page is used.
Where relevant, this policy also uses the term “cookies” to refer to technologies serving a similar function—including local or session storage, device identifiers, pixels and tags—even when they are not technically cookies.
How we classify cookies
Technical cookies strictly necessary to provide a requested service or ensure its security may be exempt from consent requirements. Non-essential categories require a prior, informed and revocable choice.
Draft storage for contact and demonstration forms is a first-party data-entry technology. It activates only while you complete a form and prevents information from being lost when you move between pages. It is confined to the current browser tab, is not shared with third parties and is not used for tracking, advertising or profiling. Because it provides a technical function requested by the user, no additional consent is required.
The current position at a glance
This version of the KinderTIC public website does not integrate Google Analytics, Meta pixels, advertising networks or any other audience measurement or commercial tracking tools.
Inventory of active technologies
This is the verified inventory for the current version. Activation timing matters: visiting the homepage does not activate reCAPTCHA or create a private platform session.
The precise name of a technical session identifier may change when infrastructure is updated without altering its purpose. If a new purpose or category is introduced, we will update this inventory and, where required, request consent before activation.
Google reCAPTCHA: security when needed
The sign-in screen and the contact and demonstration forms use Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish legitimate requests from automated attempts. The service is not loaded merely by visiting the website; it activates when a sign-in form is submitted or when someone interacts with a protected contact or demonstration form. KinderTIC loads it from www.recaptcha.net, the alternative documented by Google to reduce the possibility that its general domain sets additional cookies.
To assess risk, Google may process IP addresses, device and browser information, date and time, referring pages and interaction signals. Google identifies _GRECAPTCHA as a cookie required to perform this security analysis.
How we manage your preferences
When you first visit the website, a notice explains which technologies we use and allows you to accept them, reject optional categories or review your preferences. No optional categories are currently active; analytics and advertising are expressly identified as unused.
Continuing to browse, silence or inactivity do not constitute consent. There will be no pre-ticked boxes or design choices that pressure you to accept. Your decision is stored in the browser for no longer than twelve months and will be requested again sooner if a new optional purpose is introduced.
How to view, block or delete cookies
You can open the preferences panel at any time using the persistent “Privacy” button, this policy or the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. You can also review or delete stored cookies and change permissions in your browser settings.
If you use several devices or browsers, you will need to apply your preferences separately to each one. Deleting cookies does not prevent them from being created again when you request an essential function.
What happens if you block essential cookies
You can block any cookie through your browser. However, the technologies described in this policy perform essential functions: checking that sign-in attempts are not automated and maintaining your authenticated session within the platform.
If you block them, you can still browse the public website, but you may be unable to sign in or may be asked to authenticate repeatedly. Blocking session storage also prevents form information from being temporarily retained when you move between pages. If you experience access difficulties, contact your setting’s leadership or, if you are responsible for the account, KinderTIC.
Providers, data and international transfers
Google provides the reCAPTCHA service and may process the technical information it receives under its own terms. This processing may involve accessing or hosting data outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law and the provider’s transfer mechanisms.
You can read the Google Privacy Policy, its terms of service and the reCAPTCHA-specific information.
A link to a social network or external website does not itself install that third party’s cookies. If you follow the link, you enter an environment managed by that third party and governed by its own policy.
Changes to this policy
We will review this policy whenever the website, platform, a provider, the purpose of a technology or regulatory guidance changes. The current version will always be published here with its most recent update date.
If a change affects consent—for example, because a new optional category or third party is introduced—we will inform you before activation and allow you to make a fresh choice.
Questions and exercising your rights
If you have questions about this inventory, how a technology works or the associated processing of personal data, contact info@kindertic.com. You can also read our Privacy policy to learn how to exercise your data protection rights and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
