Questions about this notice?Let’s talk

This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the KinderTIC corporate website. Access to the private platform is also subject to the contractual terms and instructions applicable in each case.

01

Website owner

In accordance with legislation governing information society services, the owner of this website and the KinderTIC trade name is KINDERTIC, S.L., with Spanish tax identification number B65906257 and registered office at Plaça de Julio González 3-4, third floor, door 2, 08005 Barcelona, Spain.

The company is registered with the Barcelona Commercial Registry, volume 43,449, folio 106, sheet B-430143, entry 1. Direct and effective communication is available through info@kindertic.com or by telephone on 634 57 10 56.

02

Purpose and scope

The website introduces KinderTIC, explains its features and provides ways to contact us and access the platform. Browsing the public website is generally unrestricted and does not require registration.

The KinderTIC platform is a private management, communication and pedagogical documentation environment intended for educational settings, management organisations, public authorities and people they authorise. Its provision is also governed by the service agreement, data processing agreement, applicable specific terms and instructions issued by the responsible setting or organisation. In the event of a conflict, the rules specific to the relevant contractual relationship take precedence.

03

Platform access and credentials

Accounts cannot be created independently through this website. KinderTIC provides initial access to the person responsible for the setting or management organisation, who then administers user permissions according to its internal arrangements.

Login credentials are personal and non-transferable. Users must safeguard them diligently, never share them and immediately notify their setting or management organisation of any loss, misuse or suspected unauthorised access. To protect information, restoring access may require prior identity verification.

04

Responsible use of the website and platform

Users agree to act in good faith and in accordance with the law, this notice and, where applicable, the service terms. KinderTIC must not be used to infringe third-party rights, impersonate others, distribute unlawful content, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorised access to data, accounts or features.

Unauthorised testing, bulk extraction, automation or security analysis that could affect the availability, confidentiality or integrity of the website or platform is also prohibited. Any suspected vulnerability should be reported responsibly to info@kindertic.com.

05

User-submitted content

The setting, responsible organisation and individual users are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and appropriateness of content they upload, and for holding the permissions, consents and rights required to process or share it.

KinderTIC does not assume a general obligation to review all user-submitted content in advance. However, it may restrict access, preserve evidence or remove content where it has actual knowledge, reasonable indications of unlawful activity or a request from a competent authority, always in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations.

06

Intellectual and industrial property

The design, code, architecture, text, images, graphics, databases, features, trade names, distinctive signs and all other elements of the website and platform belong to KINDERTIC, S.L. or are used under licence from their owners and are protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation.

Browsing does not grant any exploitation rights. Users may view the website, share links and create the temporary technical copies required for legitimate browsing. Any other reproduction, distribution, public communication, modification, systematic extraction, commercial reuse, reverse engineering or use of the brand requires prior authorisation, except where expressly permitted by law.

07

Availability, security and liability

KinderTIC takes reasonable steps to keep the website and platform available, secure and up to date. However, no technology service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors, external incidents or maintenance interruptions. Where applicable, platform service levels are those established contractually.

KinderTIC is liable for damage legally attributable to it. Any limitation established in this notice applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

08

Accuracy of published information

KinderTIC aims to keep its corporate and product information clear and up to date. However, website content is general and informational: it does not replace a commercial proposal, agreement, service instructions or legal, educational or technical advice tailored to a specific situation.

The features, integrations and characteristics described may evolve. Where a particular detail is decisive for a purchase, the documentation and conditions expressly provided by KinderTIC will prevail.

09

Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party pages or services to provide additional information or facilitate certain tasks. KinderTIC does not continuously control those resources and accepts no responsibility for their content, availability or policies. Including a link does not necessarily imply endorsement, partnership or approval of the third party.

If a link contains unlawful or inappropriate material, it may be reported to KinderTIC for review and, where appropriate, removal.

10

Data protection and cookies

The processing of personal data arising from browsing, forms and contact channels is explained in the Privacy policy. The use of browser storage or access technologies is explained in the Cookie policy.

Within the private environment, the legal roles of KinderTIC and the responsible setting or organisation, together with the purposes, safeguards and processing instructions, are also established in the relevant contractual and data protection documentation.

11

Changes to this notice

KinderTIC may update this notice to reflect legislative changes, guidance from public authorities, service developments or improvements in clarity. The current version is the one published on this page, together with the date it was last updated.

Where a change affects contractual terms or obligations requiring specific communication, the notification procedure established in the relevant agreement or applicable legislation will apply.

12

Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Where a user qualifies legally as a consumer, any dispute will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction under mandatory consumer protection legislation.

In all other cases, unless mandatory legislation, an agreement or public procurement rules provide otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona.
