Understanding KinderTIC, simply
Everything nurseries, families and early years organisations need to know. Explained clearly, with the educational perspective that guides everything we do.
Discover the answersKinderTIC is nursery management software combining family communication, early years administration and pedagogical documentation. It connects everyday practice, families and the organisation of each setting in one private platform, helping educators spend less time on administration and more time alongside children.
KinderTIC supports public and private nurseries, early years settings, local authorities and organisations managing one or several centres. Depending on their permissions, managers, educators, administrators, families, meal providers, catering teams and other professionals can take part.
KinderTIC is designed primarily for nurseries and early years settings working with children aged 0 to 3. It also fully supports settings educating children aged 3 to 6, including organisations that bring both stages together.
KinderTIC grew from the experience of early childhood educators who understood nursery life first-hand. Every feature reflects that educational perspective: reducing administrative workload, respecting how teams already work and keeping every child at the centre.
Families can receive daily updates, messages, digital diaries, learning journals, shared activity updates, calendars and menus. Depending on the selected configuration, settings may also share photographs and videos. All communication takes place within a private environment with authorised access.
KinderTIC brings together each child’s complete profile, observations, assessment records, reports and pedagogical documentation. It supports familiarisation, independence and individual development while respecting each setting’s educational approach, so observing and documenting never has to interrupt play.
No. KinderTIC translates familiar ways of working into a digital environment, including daily diaries, lists, observations and reports. It preserves the logic of existing paper-based routines while replacing the pen with a straightforward digital tool, without asking educators to relearn their profession.
KinderTIC can be accessed on different devices. Educators often use tablets within the learning environment; managers, administrators and multi-site organisations usually work on a computer, while families and other professionals can connect on their phones. These are practical recommendations, not restrictions.
The platform helps manage settings and groups, lists, attendance, meals, staff time records, fee statements, SEPA payment files and other administrative processes. It can also prepare information for Spain’s Form 233, keeping operations connected without asking teams to enter the same information repeatedly. KinderTIC facilitates these processes; the setting remains responsible for reviewing and meeting the requirements that apply to it.
Yes. KinderTIC works for individual settings as well as local authorities and organisations coordinating multiple nurseries. Role-based permissions organise information according to responsibility while providing a shared view whenever it is appropriate.
KinderTIC supports admissions, enrolment, place renewals, permissions and consent. Criteria can be tailored to the processes used by each setting or local authority. Where applicable, the action is confirmed through authenticated access and a code sent by email. This is not an electronic signature service.
KinderTIC organises documents and exports around the usual needs of settings, including educational reference documents, inspection and statistical reporting, local admissions criteria, ORGT exports where applicable and information to prepare Spain’s Form 233. It can also support exports to tools such as Holded. The setting or its adviser must review the applicable requirements, deadlines, submission and retention. This does not imply an institutional partnership with those organisations.
Information is private and access is organised according to each person’s role. Hosting is entrusted to ILIMIT, an external technology provider whose relevant infrastructure and services hold high-category certification under Spain’s National Security Framework within the provider’s accredited scope. This certification belongs to the infrastructure provider, not to KinderTIC.
Accounts cannot be created through public self-registration. KinderTIC provides access to an authorised manager or responsible organisation, which then grants individual access according to each person’s role. This keeps the setting in control of who can view and manage its information.
If you cannot remember your password or are having trouble signing in, contact your setting’s manager or the responsible management organisation. To protect everyone’s information, only authorised people can verify your identity and arrange renewed access.
Yes. You can request a personalised, no-obligation demonstration. We discuss how your setting or organisation works, show you the areas most relevant to your needs and answer your questions before you make any decision.
Each proposal reflects the organisation’s actual needs: number of settings and children, family communication requirements, whether photographs or videos are included, and selected areas such as administration, pedagogical documentation or admissions and enrolment. This means each setting chooses only what it truly needs.
Implementation includes initial training adapted to the setting’s needs and the people who will use KinderTIC. The aim is not to impose a new way of working, but to make familiar educational practice easier to manage digitally.
Yes. Implementation includes initial training. Afterwards, the setting has access to the support channels and training included in the agreed service option and terms.
